Right of Return

You are entitled to return purchased products within 30 days.

The seller is responsible for the shipping costs of returns.

The return period is 30 days from the day you, or a designated third party who is not the carrier, receive the final item of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us through a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

 

For a refund, the returned items—including any opened products—along with a fully completed and signed "refund request" must be received by us within 30 days of the purchase date. The refund request form will be sent to you via email. This form can be emailed in advance to us or included in the return package.

 

To comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the cancellation period ends.

 

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, promptly and within a maximum of 10 days from the cancellation notification. The same payment method used for the original transaction will be used for the refund, unless another method is expressly agreed upon.

 

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive the returned products, the refund will be processed within 10 days.

Please ensure that products are returned without damage or contamination. Return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use suitable packaging to prevent transport damage.
